1871, 100 mon blue, plate II, early to late printing, full sheet reconstruction by unused stamps without gum as issued, including a block of six, two horizontal pairs, and prominent plate flaws: position 18, "claw missing", in a block of four; pair including position 25, "beard missing"; and position 26 with right dragon head retouched in its early state.

A highly significant reconstruction for the plating specialist, bringing together several of the key flaws of Plate II in one remarkable study piece.
